These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”, or “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement under the Contract Act, 1872 between you (“User”, “Customer”, “Buyer”, “you”, or “your”) and Zebra Crossing Official (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of www.zebracrossingofficial.com (the “Site”).
By accessing, registering, browsing, or purchasing from this Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002.

Such acceptance constitutes valid electronic consent under the Electronic Transactions Ordinance, 2002, and is legally enforceable.

- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Applicable taxes shall be charged in accordance with Pakistani tax laws
Payment methods offered comply with applicable banking and electronic transaction regulations in Pakistan.
8. DELIVERY & RISK
- Delivery timelines are estimates only
- Risk of loss passes to the Customer upon delivery
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by courier services, force majeure, or circumstances beyond its control
9. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER RIGHTS
Returns and refunds shall be governed by:
- The Company’s Return & Refund Policy
- Applicable Provincial Consumer Protection Laws
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes consumer rights granted under Pakistani law.
10. PROMOTIONAL COMMUNICATIONS
By creating an account or placing an order, you consent to receive:
- Transactional communications
- Promotional emails and SMS
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time. The Company is not responsible for third-party carrier delays or message failures.
11. THIRD-PARTY PRODUCTS & SERVICES
The Site may list products or services provided by third parties.
The Company:
- Does not guarantee third-party product quality or safety
- Shall not be liable for losses arising from third-party services
- Acts only as an intermediary where applicable
12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Violations may result in account termination and legal action under PECA, 2016.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, the Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business
- Service interruptions or technical errors
15. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company against claims arising from:
- Your breach of these Terms
- Misuse of the Site
- Violation of applicable laws
16. FORCE MAJEURE
The Company shall not be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Government actions
- Internet or power failures
- Acts of terrorism or civil unrest
17. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, with venue at Karachi.
